Thank you for supporting Kasu Emporium. Your interest is a huge encouragement to us. Kasu Emporium is not a large company – in fact, it’s a micro business created to present quality and interesting product for your pleasure, and in the process, to generate donations to assist some people living in extreme poverty. A percentage of all sales helps us to create income generating projects in the communities we support. 

Customer service

When you contact us, you will be directly in contact with me, Beverley Bloxham, the main person at Kasu Emporium. I prefer to take care of customers directly and I take time out of my day to respond to every comment, inquiry, and question one on one with you. There is no customer service centre or agent: it's just you and me.

Shipping and postage costs

Shipping times vary. Most of our stock is ready to send out as soon it is bought. Some items are hand made to order, in the order that the orders come in and will be sent to the buyers in that same order as fast as we can produce it. If time is of the essence for you, please contact us for more detailed delivery times before you buy or to talk about the cost to expedite your shipping.

International postage is by REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE in padded bags. If buying from outside Australia, please contact me for postage price before placing your order.

The postage prices for delivery to Australian destinations are viewable at the checkout page. We aim to keep our postage prices as low as possible, However, as our guest artists take care of their own stock, some items are stored at different places in Australia and cannot be shipped with other items.

Where is my order?

Firstly, thanks so much for ordering! We are a super small business run on week days in Australia. Expect your order to ship around 5 business days after it is placed, sometimes less and sometimes more time is needed if it is one of our handmade made-to-order products.  

Postage to Australia addresses is by trackable PARCEL POST PLUS satchels.

Returns and Exchanges

Great effort is taken with photography and descriptions of our products. Please note that as computer monitors differ, there may be a slight difference in colour of your product from what you see on your screen, so we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns because of a change of mind or a slight difference in colour from what you saw on your computer. Due to the hand-crafted and one of a kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless they prove to be faulty in manufacture. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing. We do our best to make sure that goods leave Kasu Emporium in perfect condition and are packed well, so we cannot accept returns of items damaged in transit. However, in the best of worlds, things sometimes go wrong. So if your purchase is faulty we will repair if possible or replace. In the case of a faulty item we need proof of fault as well as proof of purchase within 48 hours of delivery before deciding what to do.


No one will ever see your payment information because we use a third party payment system, PayPal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account: you can use your preferred credit or debit card through them as well. We will never misuse your address, e-mail address, or any other information we are given in order to get your purchase in your hands. We never keep your information unless you request to be added to our mailing list.


We use PayPal for payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their computers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Kasu Emporium does not need to be a secure site, since you do not use it to pay directly. We are just a store front and you do not give us your payment information directly. Any information you share in the contact form is never saved or misused.
